The Unites States armed forces' history is a long one. Many battles fought; some were victories, some were defeats. Today's objective will be fought for the greater good of the world. Billions of dollars have been invested from US to develop a new technology that has the capability to change the world as we know it.
At 1800hrs today, the status of the technology - which was enroute to the US - became unknown when the pilot of the craft transporting it, had to make an emergency landing. Communications had been severed moments before the pilot was able to relay coordinates of the crash site.
The good news is that there is no known major military force in the area the downed aircraft is supposed to be in. The bad news is that we don't know if the aircraft is actually in the location it is supposed to be in.
Due to the importance of the mission, two branches of the US military will be deployed. The Army and Marines will work in conjunction to accomplish the mission within small nimble squads.
The Primary objectives for this mission are as follows:
-Locate and secure downed aircraft.
-Asses damages and create exit strategy accordingly.
-Protect codename "blue eye" at all costs and extract it safely from crash site.
Secondary objectives:
-Assist and protect the Escort Team. Provide medical aid if needed.
-Protect the Scientist
-Protect the Pilot
-Move all personnel to a secured location and await extraction.
-Gain assistance from Village inhabitants.
