Operation Blue Eye
An aircraft carrying a scientist, top secret cargo, and the
aircraft's lightly armed crew has made an emergency landing. The cargo
of the aircraft is top secret and is only known by its code name : Blue Eye.
The pilot, has unknowingly landed the craft in hostile
territory reporting engine problems. After a rough landing, repeated attempts to radio their location to HQ have failed. Only the aircraft's general location
is known.
Because the aircraft is in hostile territory, it can
only be assumed that hostiles are making their way to the site of the
downed aircraft. A relief and rescue force must be deployed to provide cover for
the crew until the pilot is capable of fixing the aircraft and
extracting the scientist and his confidential cargo.

Background Story:
In February 1997, the US Government began funding a project with hopes in that 10 years, a new technology would be developed to be used in conjunction with military technologies and eventually for use in everyday civilian life. Little is know about the actual function or purpose of this now completed technology other than the fact that it was developed under the codename of “Blue Eye.”
Approximately 10 years later in 2007, project “Blue Eye” and one of the leading research scientists on the team assigned to produce the new technology, have prepared to transport the device from a secret location in Guduvancheri, India to the Indian AFB in Tāmbaram, India to the testing ground at Fort Polk, Louisiana.
Due to the nature of the cargo, a small, lightly armed escort group and a two-man aircraft crew accompany the scientist on the flight to ensure security.
Approximately 8 hours after takeoff the aircraft experiences technical difficulties and is forced to make and emergency landing somewhere between Abeche and Abou Goulem. While the approximate whereabouts of the aircraft are known, due to an inconvenient break in communication, the exact location is unknown! In addition to that, the condition of the crew, escort team, scientist, and codename “Blue Eye” is also unknown!
