CONGRATULATIONS!


You've taken the first step on the road to an extremely fun AND rewarding airsofting experience. Although becoming a full member is not extremely easy, the payoffs outweigh the effort you will be putting into the process.

What you put toward the team is repaid 10 times over in the amount of training, friendship, and fun you receive in return. We have pride in our ability to bring together all levels of players into an effective team with an enjoyable and enriching airsoft environment.

The best way to know if DSAT is the team for you is to come out to our events and actually get to know the people on the team. You will soon find out if we are right for you, and if your are right for us.


The Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process is simple and effective. Register and Introduce yourself on our FORUM. Play with the team and attend as many events as you can (a minimum of 3 games must be attended). In that time we will evaluate you on several things:

  1. Safety!
  2. Ability to work well into the chemistry of the team.
  3. Ability to effectively receive and act on orders from CO's.
  4. Ability to lead other players.
  5. Proficiency with your weapon.
  6. Progress of SOP* gear requisition.


Please be aware that you must be at least 16 years old to become a member or join the forum.


DSAT Standard Operating Platform (S.O.P.)

The following is the list of gear required for being a part of this team:

  1. Full Set of ACUs
  2. ACU Pattern/Tan Vest (must be capable of carrying enough equipment for 4 hours of continuous play)
  3. ACU Pattern/Tan Kneepads
  4. Tan Combat Style Boots
  5. ACU Pattern/Tan Hat/Boonie/Helmet
  6. Tan or Foliage Gloves
  7. Properly Functioning Main AEG (M4,M16, and/or G36 Highly Recommended)
  8. FRS Radio with 5-mile radius minimum and boom mic. (No throat mics)
  9. Full Seal Goggles, Mask, or Eye Protection with ballistic rating.


You are not required to have all the gear initially, but you must have it all by 3 months into your membership. If you are not able to obtain the gear in a timely manner, your membership may be revoked.
