Territorialist Forces

UNIFORM:
DIRTY CLOTHES & MIXED BDU:

For generations, the land between the cities of Abeche and Abou Goulem in Chad, Africa, has been protected by a group of desert nomads. They are constantly at war with neighboring territories - protecting what they have considered their own for centuries.
Due to the constant fighting and movement, the territorialists have no time to cultivate crops and raise livestock to provide food for themselves. They therefore rely on the several small villages within their territory for these things.
The villagers often resist and try to fend the territorialists off, but they are not sufficiently armed. A few shots into the air from the well-armed territorialists coaxes a more cooperative attitude from the villagers. Only very infrequently do the territorialists need to actually shoot one of the villagers, but it is only when they start getting too brave. Fortunately for them, they haven't been getting too blatantly brave recently.
One afternoon, an aircraft of undetermined origin, is seen making a rather dangerous and hasty landing very near on of the villages under the territorialist protection. Unsure of what the aircraft might be carrying in terms of supplies and salvageable goods, the territorialist force has decided to send a group to investigate and report back. Also, they want to make certain the villagers are safe - not for the villagers' sake, but for their own.
The group of scouts quietly come upon the crash site and are surprised to see uniformed soldiers with assault rifles keeping a tight perimeter around the aircraft. There is obviously something of great value in the plane, but they will need more men if they plan on successfully accomplishing the raid.
They report back to the head of the Territorialists and tell him what they have seen. A plan is discussed on how to best accomplish the task.
They will raid the aircraft at dusk. When shaddows play tricks on men's eyes, and the outsiders, unfamiliar with the territory, will be most vulnerable.
Territorialist Intel:
The territorialists are fairly well-armed and know the area very well. Their military training is very limited and their coordination and organization is enough that they are capable of ambushes and basic tactical moves but are no match for military trained forces. Their food and suppies are limited to what they are able to take from villagers, which can be exploited and used against them....more intel to follow.
